My Weekend Snapshot were snapshots taken of one food trip to Blugre Coffee Shop at Landco Corporate Center and you can see their Dessert of the Month - Warm Chocolate Cup with Vanilla Ice Cream. We tried this out since I was looking for something new but has chocolate in it. The vanilla ice cream melted immediately. The chocolate reminds me of my elementary days when we go home from school hungry and dinner is not yet served that I would sometimes eat Ovaltine put in a cup and sometimes with rice in it. My own ready mix champorado (chocolate porridge if I’m not mistaken). And the taste of this dessert really reminded me of that.
