We were watching a local prime time TV show and sometimes children pop up questions out of the blue and you are caught by surprise especially if it is a 12 year old asking you if the female local stars breasts are real. But my niece if mature enough and I would explain to her the reality show we saw on cable TV one time about people having breast implants in Beverly Hills. It is really an option if you feel insecure or feel that something is lacking and having those implants would make you look and appear more attractive and sexy to the guys. Most women reason that they want to have more confidence in how they look upfront. But one must know that there are also risks involve but most implants are successful and women who had them are more happy with how they look now. And as for celebrities, they have this as some sort of an investment for their career. It is really a choice of each woman.
