Is That You?

I saw one of my former officemates at SM last week whom I last saw about 5 years ago and my the first thing I asked him is “Is that you?” He looks different or should I say he really looked different as I almost did not recognize him if he did not approach me when our paths crossed. He said he had his nose fixed. I said his nose looked fine to me then. He said he wanted it to look better and he had undergone a revision rhinoplasty. He loves his new look he said though I have to say to him that he looks like a foreigner to me now. But he also advised me that if you want to have the procedure done on you you must go to a good plastic surgeon who specializes in plastic surgery of the face like rhinoplasty or more specifically a good if not the best plastic surgeon who specializes in revision rhinoplasty as people do not want to risk their looks. It is indeed a good and satisfying investment.
