I know a lot of you out there wants to shape up and get fit. I and H are among them I guess lol! Before we dreamed of having a treadmill but when we were at the mall one time, we saw these ellipticals or what others call cross trainers which can make exercise more exciting and fun to do. As they say exercise helps everything. I would have wanted to go back to badminton and get a proper training in it to make it worth it but have not much time to go to a play court since we don’t have a nanny yet at this time and it would be difficult to bring CT with us every time we had to play. For the meantime, a stationary exercise machine at home will do especially for H who really has to shape up.
