Saturday’s 2008 Wimbledon Women’s Finals has Venus triumph over her younger sister Serena in two sets only. First set 7-5 in favor of Venus then the second set started with a Venus serve which was clocked at 129 mph, the fastest ever recorded at the Championships. Wow! The second set ended with Venus still dominating at 6-4 therefore getting the title away from her sister Serena whose backhand went stray.

Then after that they went on to the women’s doubles finals to triumph it together this time. This was the third Wimbledon doubles title for the Williams sisters after 2000 when Venus also won the singles and 2002 when Serena defeated Venus in the singles final. You could just imagine how proud their coach-dad could be with such achievement of her two daughters dominating the Wimbledon women’s final matches in 2008.
