This is a shot of Davao City at night well actually this is still very early in the evening around half past six. This was taken during the FPS sunset over the city shoot. Mr. Sun did not give us a show of a wonderful sunset so the group extended it to a night shoot on top of Landco Corporate Center in its roof deck. Thank goodness I have no fear of heights and was able to enjoy and appreciate the view of Davao City at night! I have worked for a few months at that building until I decided to quit work and never have I thought nor explored the roof deck which I found out was very accessible. I could have taken countless shots of the city during my lunch break. But then our cam then is still a P&S and not yet a DSLR but then what counts most is the view. Well I think I can come back there when I see the friendly building staff when I go back there. That is if the door to the roof deck is not closed. Hahaha what am I thinking maybe it is just that I missed this building and those late afternoon sneaks to an open space on the floor we were in where I can see a fairly good enough view of the city and watching those planes flying low to and from the Davao City International Airport (of course I could not see the airport itself just the planes). The Kadayawan Festival this coming August 17-24 is a good time for you to visit our city as fruits abound at affordable prices and lots of activities lined up.
