Ruby Tuesday

These are some red roses used at one of the entries for the Annual Exhibit of the Ikebana International Davao Chapter at SM City Davao Event Center last August 1-3, 2008. There were many simple yet beautiful displays like this one and you should have seen the guests dressed well in formal Filipiniana gowns as there was an ongoing program when we went there but unfortunately I cannot find a photo of them among the shots taken that time. Nice arrangement where the roses themselves are the vase for the stems above. Unique and stylish!
