Time for a Break from the “Jumper”

Finally CT is asleep! I still have to check some cheap hotels for a trip we were planning for next year which I hope will push through. Anyway, I arrived home around 7:30 this evening from SM where I had to buy groceries especially CT’s milk while hubby left me because he had to go to work for his last straight 12-hour OT duty tonight. Doing the grocery was a break for me coz these days CT really needs to be watched as he walks all around the house, and his specialty for the week - turning on electric fans around the house and I have not yet blogged about this but CT has become a “jumper” - what I mean is he has learned to jump over from the crib by hooking up one of his feet into the edge of the crib and he just makes his way out over the crib. The first few times he did it my heart would seem to stop and it would be like slow motion when I would recall going to his crib as fast as I can to catch him and prevent him from falling over. I had to follow him around as he needs to be fanned since he perspires a lot and his head and back has to be kept dry otherwise he might get sick again. We will go to the doctor tomorrow to have his check-up. CT coughs when he wakes up and late tonight while CT was sleeping, my dad and I noticed he often coughs. But I wonder it all disappears during the day. It just happens when he wakes up in the morning. He had a cough last week that ended after 8 days and we gave him Ventolin which is what his pedia prescribed. I hope CT is really okay and what I am worried about is really nothing at all. Night everyone and hope you had a great weekend!
