For my Ruby Tuesday, I have a photo of this red car making a splash at one time the street was flooded after a heavy rain early one morning. We had a fun time watching cars passing by on a busy Monday morning. I just hope though the driver was kind enough not to splash water on the other people making their way through the streets. Lucky for this car its windows were closed but what about the other cars it would pass by and there was even one biker who almost got wet if he did not stop and avoided this splashing red car.
