The 2nd International Stage Magic Show to be held tomorrow October 19, 2008 at 6:00PM at the Cap Auditorium, Anda St., Davao City promises a more mind-boggling acts to entertainment for Davaoeños. We saw them arrive at the Davao International Airport last October 16 when we also arrived back from our mini-vacation.
James Infiesto, a magician based in Davao City and owner of Bonjee Clowns said people who will watch the show will see great performances from the best magicians in Asia like:
- Amatzy Ketvi – Macau’s Top Manipulator
- Sucahyo “Cahyo” – Indonesia’s Bizarre Magician
- Micky Mak – Asia’s Stage Magic Champion from China
- Vincent Tan – Malaysia’s Magic Superstar
- Mamada – Thailand’s Magic Guru
- D’ Wujiman – Philippine’s International Close-up Magic Champion
- Leodini – Philippine’s International Close-up Magic Champion
- Tito Cris – Philippine’s International Comedy Magician
- Rael – Philippine’s Top Ventriloquist and Puppet Master
- Harry – Asia’s Most Promising Magician 12 year old from Thailand
- Jameskye – Philippine’s International Stage Magician
There will be manipulators (who use the quickness of their hands in manipulating small and big objects), conjurors (who use mysticism in their performances), ventriloquists (who manipulate voice to make it appears that the voice is coming from elsewhere), and illusionists (who focus on illusion).
The show is for the benefit of Bantay Bata 163 Davao and brought to us by the International Festival of Magic. Sponsors are Mindanao Times, Cube Pixels, Jewm Eggs and Gaisano Mall of Davao.
