Keep Moving

Is your hubby or any male member of your family being forgetful or absent-minded? Well it is not just stereotyping just like on TV. But according to studies from the Mayo Clinic, the culprit is MCI or mild cognitive impairment. Men are more likely prone to be absent-minded as they age compared to women.

To prevent such memory problems, motivate you men to keep moving and women might as well join in it like doing exercise 5 to 6 times a week especially for middle-aged people. This will likely prevent MCI later in life. So you would can help prevent your hubby from forgetting where he placed the car keys, missed anniversaries or special occasions just like Ogie Alcasid who almost forgot their anniversary with Regine. :) Well that is gossip coz Ogie clarified that he did not forget but instead he still worked on the day of their anniversary rather than postponing it to give them time to celebrate their anniversary. Well this is just an example and Ogie is still middle-aged okay? I blogged about this because hubby knows and accepts that he does forget things sometimes. He even encouraged me to blog this and let other people know that even just brisk walking everyday can help solve this. Now before I acquire MCI and forget that I still have to check on that Moen faucet my sis asked me to check online. Bye for now and remember, keep moving and exercise daily.
