Since you have a baby with you this time, you can try experiencing Sinulog at the Osmena Circle. It's still walk, walk, walk but at least you'll be surrounded by buildings and it's a good shade for the baby. If you can't stand the people in Osmena, then you can just head directly to Ayala for the fireworks display. Have you already been to the Terraces? You should have dinner there. Definitely not Sto Nino church, the baby may not be able to stand the heat. Those are the only places that I can suggest. About Sinulog…
Since you have a baby with you this time, you can try experiencing Sinulog at the Osmena Circle.
