The Twitter Challenge between Ashton Kutcher, You Got Punk’d host and Demi Moore’s partner, against CNN Breaking News who had challenged each other on who would first have one (1) million followers in Twitter got me interested in following the results.

Amazing how Kutcher managed to dwindle the lead of CNN who had more followers in Twitter before than Kutcher. Then the it became a close fight as we watched the count this morning where Kutcher was leading by about 1,000 plus followers. Then the final result today was Ashton Kutcher won. CNN Breaking News got one (1) million followers in twitter 30 minutes after he did cross the 1 million mark. Kutcher is the first ever Twitter to have reached 1M followers.
I have been following CNN for quite sometimes even before I knew about this Twitter Challenge that ended earlier today and unfortunately for CNN (@CNNBRK), it was Ashton Kutcher (@aplusk) who won the challenge. CNN reached one (1) million followers thirty (30) minutes after Ashton Kutcher had already reached that mark. Kutcher will guest in CNN’s Larry King Live on Saturday and they will talk about Twitter and Twittering.
