The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 2,052 out of 3,716 passed the recent Midwife Licensure Examination given by the Board of Midwifery in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Legazpi, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last April 29 and 30, 2009.
