Yesterday I posted about David Archuleta in Eat Bulaga Today | David Cook in Eat Bulaga Tomorrow and indeed here as promised is David Cook’s live performance in Eat Bulaga and the GMA studio was packed with people where David Cook, American Idol 2008 winner sang his own version of Mariah Carey’s Always Be My Baby. Cook was interviewed by Pia Guanio and Michael V.

He said he found Filipino fans unreal coz he has never gotten such response even with his greasy hair and it seems gross to him when he got off the plane upon arriving in Manila. He said Filipinos have been so amazing. He also said he talked to Ramiel Malubay, his American Idol batchmate Fil-Am who  a few days ago and she said to tell everybody  hello. When asked whom he would he would hate to be competing against between Adam Lambert or Kris Allen, he said either one coz he still had to do with AI judge Simon Cowell either way.

David Cook treats David Archuleta as one of his bestfriends. When asked how close they are? They went through the entire AI season 7 and he thinks David Archuleta is one of the most genuine people he has ever met. They play Rock Band together.

He said he also has eaten a lot of mangoes this week just like Archie. He said though there is still one thing he wants to try. He wanted to get to try “eggs” which he meant “balut”.

Now here is David Cook’s live performance in Eat Bulaga:
