We should realize that most of us are blessed with good health or if not then we are still far in better health condition than other people stricken by illnesses and diseases. As you all know health is wealth for what is wealth if it is our health that is at stake. I was reminded of how blessed and lucky we are after hearing from a friend of mine who knows someone with mesothelioma, a rare kind of cancer that develops in the mesothelial cells – the cells that are tissues that surround or line the lungs, heart, and stomach. There is no 100% treatment that is effective for malignant mesothelioma. But there are patients who have lived longer because of emerging treatments, and earlier diagnosis which makes them blessed to just like us.

I first heard the song Nobody by the Wonder Girls in ASAP where Anne Curtis, Angelica Panganiban and some other ASAP girls danced to this but that was quite sometime ago and still when I hear this song lately, I still feel like dancing and when my two year old son saw their video below, he was also asking me to play it over again and he would dance (jump) with it. Yesterday, hubby saw our son tapping his hand on his knees while he was watching a movie when he heard me play the song in my laptop. We were amused as our son likes to dance to most upbeat songs he would hear. I’m loving their dance steps too!
