Today September 7, 2009 is a non-working holiday and national holiday as declared by Pres. GMA as a national day of mourning for Ka Erdy’s burial today. Eraño “Ka Erdy” Manalo is the Iglesia ni Cristo Executive Minister whose interment will be held today at the Tabernacle located near the Central Temple. According to Press Secretary Cerge Remonde, all flags will be flown at half-mast today.

2009 Sep 07 2IF 24/7 WORKING SECTORS ARE EXEMPTED FROM THIS HOLIDAY, WOULD THEY/WE BE ENTITLED TO 30% PREMIUM PAY???
Hope someone could clarify on this, OTHERWISE (in my view)- a patent constitutional violation to equal protection clause. thanks.
