Hard work never killed anybody, but why take a chance?
I already posted this in one of my blogs (just can’t remmeber which one LOL!) but I wanna share it here since at this point hubby and I are working harder and taking the chance as mentioned above coz we have this plan for HP#2 so that we can stop renting hopefully sooner or maybe later. HP#1 will continue to be paid but we cannot make a final decision on that one until we have HP#2. As of now our decision is to have #1 as an investment till we are sure with #2. We talked to an agent who got our hopes high only to find out she somehow mislead us with the info she gave. The location as we thought was very ideal for us since it is nearer hubby’s office but then she actually meant some place else we have not heard of but where hubby already has a lot to be given from his parents. Only we would do not plan to live there anytime in the near future since it is so far and the utilities we need are not yet available there yet.
