ABS-CBN 2009 Christmas Station ID: Star ng Pasko has been launched by the Kapamilya network.

The five-minute station ID is inspired by the recent events that has happened in the country showing ABS-CBN’s stars and broadcasters singing with ordinary people from all walks of life to the song “Star ng Pasko” lyrics by Robert Labayen / music by Marcus and Amber Davis. It “reflects the unsinkable spirit of the Filipinos” that no matter what difficulties we have to weather through in life, we will rise above it. They also had the Parol ni Bro special lantern launch this evening hosted by Karen Davila.
