I heard another new quake hits Haiti and it’s a 6.1 which sent people screaming and running into the streets. After just watching the movie 2012 again, I cannot help but somehow feel the fear that the people in Haiti are experiencing with this strong aftershock. it was probably the strongest aftershock they had since the strong earthquake that hit them eight days ago and which left so much devastation and damage in Haiti. We continue to pray for all the victims and the people greatly affected by the Haiti quake.

Since people have been conscious of their body weight and trying to find the best fat burner supplements, they might just have to find a miracle if they do not actually put some if not a lot of effort into getting their bodies back to its good shape and do regular exercise plus stick to a good and healthy diet. My friend used to make a joke about it that maybe it’s a miracle she need after trying a diet for months that didn’t help her much in losing weight. But for me, as long as we live, there is still hope for everything we wanna achieve and that for me is to lose weight.
