Stars gathered last Monday, February 1, 2010 at the same recording studio at the historic A&M complex in Hollywood. This remake of “We Are The World” 2010 is for Haiti relief to raise money for the benefit of Haiti to recover after the deadly earthquake that hit there last January 12, 2010.

Among the stars said to be included in this remake to name a few are Celine Dion, Jonas Brothers, Akon, Jason Mraz, Bono, Wyclef Jean, Carlos Santana, Enrique Iglesias, Usher, Toni Braxton, Jennifer Hudson and Lady Gaga.
The original song was written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie and was produced by Quicy Jones 25 years ago in 1985 to raise funds for the hunger relief in Africa then.
