I am so thankful my dad is ever ready to lend me and my family a helping hand when I immediately need their help. I need something for our dear little boy and he brought it to the house in no time at all. Hubby is so thankful for the ever ready assistance of my dad who we can count on. It was supposed to be hubby who’d bring that something here but he was not able to buy because his boss got “sick” and he was asked to go to straight 16 hour duty.

Thanks to my daddy who we can always count on. He also brought me fruits too! Anyway, while we were eating the fruits he brought which we both like so much, he mentioned something we should be careful when crossing the place near McDonalds and the VP Mall across it coz he heard the driver telling him that it is an accident prone area where a few street kids had been hit by motorcycles and most of those kids unfortunately died from that accident. Poor drivers mostly of motorcycles coz they they’d most probably need a good motorcycle accident lawyer when a reckless driving case will be filed against them due to these accidents.

I remember a taxi driver last telling us last week too that there were kids indeed who got hit and they unfortunately died while at the same time pointing us to the accident prone area near the intersection in the street. Then he said it is mostly actually the street kids’ fault as they would make the busy street intersection as their playground and they would run around running after each other dashing into the busy street without looking and thinking of the danger they are getting themselves into which often results into a deadly accident.

I think first and foremost, the kids  parents should be responsible enough to tell those kids not to make that place a playground. That’s why thanks to my dad and mom who have never failed to remind us to be careful and what to watch out for when we commute and cross streets since we were in HS when we were already allowed to commute on our own. Be careful when you cross streets and be extra careful to when you’re driving.
