We watched the Manny Pacquiao vs Joshua Clottey Live Stream. Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao wins by unanimous decision after 12 rounds against Ghanian Joshua Clottey and it was obvious. It was like Clottey was just a sparring partner for Manny in one of his practice session. I expected more from Clottey. But he was successful since Manny was not able to knock him off and no one has done (TKO) that yet to him. For some it was a good defense for Clottey usually covering his face almost the whole time especially during the first few rounds.
At one point, I almost wanted to shout “Go Clottey!” instead of Go “Manny” so that Clottey would start to punch more. It was becoming a boring match if not the most boring among all the Pacman fights I have seen. I am still proud of Manny but it would have been nice if Clottey gave it a good fight and made the match as exciting and thrilling as we always expected it to be. Clottey’s team was telling him to take chances at Manny but he shook his head. Good thing hubby and I did not get the Pay Per View of HBO.
The Philippine National Anthem was sang by Arnel Pineda, the Filipino lead vocalist of the band Journey. IMO, I admire Arnel and the pride he has given Filipinos, I think he sang it well just a bit fast. There were parts in the end where he seem to have a little difficulty. But I think it’s his style and this is just an opinion.
