American Idol 2010 Season Finale | American Idol Season 9 Winner: Crystal Bowersox or Lee DeWyze

I am excited to watch the American Idol 2-night season finale and I am truly wishing that it will be American Idol Season 9 winner Crystal Bowersox that host Ryan Seacrest will announce. She seems to be the underdog between her and Lee and it seems to me that who wins the American Idol is the underdog. based on what the Idol judges said in last week’s performances.  It seems too that the runner up becomes more popular after from what I observed haven’t you noticed. It does not have to be that she will win because she is the underdog but because she deserves it, she has been consistent in her performances and she has talent!

I have been a fan of Crystal since Hollywood week at the same time that I was also impressed then by Didi Benami. I know that even though Ryan may announce  the American Idol Season 9 winner Lee DeWyze, I respect Lee’s voice and talent though IMO he lacks that spark when he performs. Good thing now he has learned to smile and be more confident!

Crystal said what they have with Lee is a friendly rivalry. I even read that she suggested they “freak everybody out” by starting a band. I as a woman would still be a loyal fan of Crystal and her talent! As my online friend who finds Lee cute said whoever wins, they deserve it.

UPDATE Finale Performance Night: Lee DeWyze gets to sings first before Crystal Bowersox. They get to pick their own song choice. Lee’s first song is from inspirational week -the song Boxer. Simon said it was just like a kiss in the cheek performance. Crystal Bowersox sang Freedom. Randy said  Ellen said she is so compelling on stage filling up the entire room. Kara said she has fire in her tonight. Simon said this is her back on her best.

Next round was a song chosen by American Idol producer and creator of the Idol franchise, Simon Fuller. Lee sang Everybody Hurts. The judges  it seems were not as impressed in him as they were last week considering this is already the finale performance. What are they trying to say to the people? Crystal sang a song. Randy said she is here to win it. Ellen said that was fantastic. Kara said tonight is the night. Simon said she nailed the song!

In the final round, they get to sing a song they would release when they become the American idol season 9 winner. Lee’s winning single is Beautiful Day. I have to say I love how Lee DeWyze sang this song. Crystal’s winning single is Up to the Mountain. Randy said it was incredible. Ellen said she cannot compare her to anyone right now. She has a beautiful voice. She is so so good. Simon said that since this will his last critic, he said it was an outstanding performance from Crystal.

Will Young sang Leave Right Now, the official music video of American Idol. It is a beautiful song! I love it!

This is also the last time that the Simon Cowell is going to judge American Idol. It has been known before the start of this season that he finally leaving being a judge of this show.
