Yehey! Hubby and I were so happy that the little boy took and drank the 5.5ML suspension medicine without the need to put him down and wrestle with him as he cries. He was supposed to start taking it last night but since I was the only one at home with him, I had to postpone the first take till this morning when hubby is home coz there was no one to hold him while I give him the meds. We have anticipated that he will resist taking it just like this morning that he cried as we restrained him.
Hubby and I was so happy that just awhile ago the little took the meds which we placed in the syringe and took it willingly in no time! Yehey! He did not even took any sip of water in between to drown the taste. This one has a papaya flavor and he even acknowledge it as medicine this time and not the usual more delicious tasting vitamins. If you only saw hubby’s reaction as the little boy was taking the meds, he so delighted and happy that I cannot help but cheer and say yehey over and over again. The little boy was beaming too and somehow proud of himself seeing us happy for what he did. All I can say now is yehey and I hope the next interval that he needs to take it again, it will be as easy as it was just awhile ago.
