And so that’s how the controversial vuvuzela sounds like! Listen to the video below which I just found in YouTube earlier. Since the FIFA World Cup 2010 started a month ago, I keep hearing this very noisy background when we try to watch a match on the cable TV.
I have heard about the vuvuzela before but I never thought that the rather annoying buzzing sound that I hear on TV is in fact the sound of the vuvuzela! Yeah I know this post is about one month late but hey I know some if not many of you don’t follow the World Cup and may not have heard of this vuvuzela. I just thought the audio of the video coverage was not good every time I try to sit down and watch a match of running and kicking that lasts for 90 minutes. Could you imagine yourself in that soccer stadium watching the matches for an hour and a half then that whole time what you hear is this noise… hear it for yourself!
Giddyup! That is what hubby shouts as the little boy pulls his dad to play in the bedroom. The little boy loves to pretend like a cowboy riding at the back of his dad who plays as his horse. Move on and go faster daddy! Hubby was asking me where we could possibly buy a rocking horse to be his substitute. That I don’t know but what I do know is where we can buy equestrian apparel for the lil boy if he really wants to wear a costume to go with his role play!
We often all end up laughing after they are done as they tickle each other until one gives up and that is usually the little boy. Good thing though the little boy does not think of me as another “horse” to ride anymore. Though hubby has to be careful when they play this for he just got operated more than a month ago. But for the sake of the little boy’s happiness, we can try as much as we can to make him happy.
