Dessert My Son Would Love

This is a dessert our son would love for sure. It’s Krua Thai Davao’s buko pandan salad which was our dessert last night when hubby and I got some time off for ourselves and had dinner out while my youngest sis was at home watching and playing with the little boy.
In fairness, hubby and I loved this salad. We are sure that our son would love the pandan gelatin. We could have brought home one order of this for the little boy but hubby thought he might be asleep already when we got home. Oh no he was still wide awake when we got home. Anyway, Krua Thai is just somehow near us so we can drop by back there one of these days maybe.
