Protect Your Bones

I have been a milk drinker since birth up until after I gave birth I somehow stopped drinking it every day. Every time I see an elderly now who have difficulty walking straight, it reminds me somehow to drink milk again to protect our bones from breakdown. My mom keeps telling me I should go back to drinking milk so I can avoid having osteoporosis, a disease of bones that leads to an increased risk of fracture.
Another option for me that came to mind is taking the best calcium supplements too. However I have read that some supplements of that kind creates heart problems and other problems. I don’t know much about this though but it is worth taking note of and worth doing some research on. Hope we could find one that will help us achieve long term maintenance and rebuilding of the bones. We need to protect our bones if we want to grow old still strong and walking straight.
