So far I feel blessed to never have needed or encountered such as what they call liability claims. But as I have read about some news about these Depuy hip recall as well as that Accutane lawsuit which both involved product liability claims, I cannot help but worry a little that that this sad and bad situations may happen to just anybody. I can only continue to pray it won’t happen to anybody especially somebody in my family and somebody I love and know.
