We were supposed to meet with my old friends this weekend but we decided to postpone it next month because one of our friends cannot make it due to tons of paperwork at the legal office that she works for. I bet her department can use document scanning services that allows a company to save money and increase its profits by using an efficient document management system.
My friend’s now work entails converting paper to digital format. She said it’s taking up so many hours of her work day just to do that. It is but high time that her boss should be able to avail and provide their office with a good document management software that would make their work faster and more efficient. Plus making their documents available whenever, wherever, and secured. Come to think of it, I think I need something like that for my photo files. I should really start looking into this.
