… the Jesuit Communications Foundation is organizing a concert at the Cuneta Astrodome on 19 December, 7 pm. Billed as “A Gleeful Christmas,” the concert will feature the Jesuit Music Ministry’s well-known liturgical choirs such as Bukas Palad, Hangad and Himig Heswita. Other guests include the Ateneo Chamber Singers and Noel Cabangon.
… our concert is special for the sole reason that it will not just be a musical event but a joyful celebration of our faith. The concert will tell the story of the Nativity of our Lord through music. In other words, it will be a musical Panunuluyan. Reverend Bishop Luis Antonio Tagle would also grace the occasion to share his profound reflections on the Christmas story. In all, we feel that the Catholic faithful would not only enjoy the show, as they say, but also benefit from a really religious experience.
