Breastfeeding does not only make you child smarter it also protect your child from illnesses. As what we have heard over and over for years, breast milk is best for babies especially during the first six months of their life. It provides health benefits to both the mother and baby. For the baby it is said to lessen infections and boost their immune system and as for the moms, it prevents obesity which I have noticed with most breastfeeding moms that I personally know.
