An hour to go before the Chinese lunar new year! Anyone has tikoy or nian gao? It’s the rice cake made from glutinous rice flour that my Chinese classmates in college used to give us during Chinese new year. I love the ones made by Eng Bee Tin or even by Sanny Sweets.
