Hot Summer Day

It might just be the heat of this super hot summer day and a migraine seems to be threatening me at this time. We were supposed to go somewhere else but I just decided not to go this time without hubby with us. I hope this migraine will just go away without any need for me to take any medication. It was just so hot after we had lunch.
As much as possible I try not to take any meds for this when a migraine attacks. Aside from it does not usually help a lot I am just being cautious after reading about this Topamax lawsuit on a medication used to treat and people and prevent migraine headaches.
