Super 8 | Now Showing in Abreeza Ayala Mall Cinema 2…
Hubby and I originally planned to watch it tomorrow when the little boy is at school. But out of the blue we decided to watch it today instead. When we went to the mall as per the little boy’s request after we attended church today, we decided to look into what’s showing now and the next thing I knew we have bought the tickets. It was the movie being shown at the Cinema 2 of Abreeza. I saw Super 8′s trailer last night online and I thought maybe it’s worth watching since Steven Spielberg is the producer. It is directed and written by JJ. Abrams.

The movie is a sci-fi, thriller. Familiar stars in this movie are Elle Fanning (Sounds familiar? Yes, she is the younger sister of actress Dakota Fanning) and Kyle Chandler (of Early Edition fame).
Would I recommend it? It is a nice movie though but I would recommend you watch it at home with your kids. Well that is just my opinion *wink* with the ticket selling at P135 in Abreeza’s cinema, which is P10 higher than the usual price of the movie ticket there because the lady at the ticket counter said it is a blockbuster movie.
Anyway, don’t leave the cinema just yet after the movie ends. Watch the kids’ movie that they made at end of the movie while the credits are shown.
