Holy Infant Jesus of Prague at Shrine Davao

This is the image of the Holy Infant Jesus of Prague at Shrine Davao City during its feast last Sunday which is a double celebration for us since it is also our little boy’s special day. We heard mass after noon presided by Msgr. Martiniano Gorgonio. It has been a tradition of me and my boys for the past few years to hear mass at the Shrine if we are not able to go to Cebu for Sinulog.
There were many devotees as in hundreds to maybe thousands of people who were there to pay homage to the Infant Jesus of Prague as with the usual devotion every year and part of the religious culture for many people in Davao and Mindanao. Last Sunday happens to be the 44th fiesta celebration of the Feast of the Shrine of the Holy Infant Jesus in Prague located at the Shrine Hills Matina, Davao City since it was founded by Catalina Garcia Santos.
