I need to keep up with the simple diet I am trying to follow in order to lose four more kilos to get my normal BMI. I recently tried knowing my BMI so I would know how much weight I have to lose. I already lost approximately lost 3.5 kilos from November last year until February 10 of this year. I also lost 0.5 kilos as of February 28. I need to lose four kilos more to achieve my normal BMI. The question is when?Given the average weight I lose, maybe in four months time unless I exert more and achieve that goal sooner than I expect.
I have been lagging though in my diet for the past few days since our weekend while I seem to be gaining back a few pounds that I already lost with the last two weeks. It is really hard to diet when you are a foodie and is surrounded with delicious temptations like those delicious and favorite food that I know I should be avoiding.
A friend suggested I try to take those diet supplement. She was the same person who I remember asked me do testosterone boosters work? Well I want to know too since these supplements are known to increase one’s strength, stamina and energy which sometimes I think is something I could also need. Anyway, I don’t know if I would go to that point though of really taking supplements to lose weight.
I feel like I should just watch what I eat and more importantly move about many times and exercise more each day. I may still give in to some cravings but have to give up more on other food. I continue to have mandarin orange after every meal. No more oil in cooking for now though sometimes we use a little olive oil when needed. We are more into grilling food too these days and I have avoided pork quite successfully for the past month. I hope we can keep it up with the help of my boys.I need to do this for them and most especially for myself. I am really praying I can keep up with this diet even if after I have achieved my normal BMI.
