When I met Doc Debs at the hospital just a few days with her mom and daughter, she mentioned about biking that gave me an idea that maybe finally the long unused bike in our room should be repaired and put back to use. I love biking! It was a fun thing I would do around the subdivision where we used to live in especially every weekend or during summer afternoon. When a family friend was asking for ideas where her husband could buy bike racks to put over their car in preparation for a summer camp that they plan with their three boys next month. I know here two teen sons are into biking. I wish my boys and I could come with them but we have other plans during the weekend that they will be leaving town for that summer camp.
I would love to go biking again and this time as a part of my daily if not weekly exercise. I used to wish for a stationery bike but since I still feel a little guilty not being able to maximize the use of the treadmill we bought a few years ago, I may just have to have the real bike fixed then use it again around our place here even every morning or at least during weekend mornings. Biking can be a good exercise for those who want to lose weight and de-stress. I just have to make sure I won’t drive near that street in our area where there are fast vehicles passing by.
It is summer already and with the last day of school for the little boy tomorrow, I could make plans now for having that bike fixed and have some fun biking around our place soon!
