It was a surprise to see my high school batch mate after such a long time. The last time I heard from her was when we were still in college which is more than ten years ago. They are in town for a family vacation since the kids are on summer vacation from school. They have moved and are now living in Luzon. We met at the new arcade in town. Her hubby is looking for a particular scorpion helmet that are used for dirt bike riding in a store specializing on those products. Her hubby is into dirt bike riding in their place and I think they have a club organized for those who loved that sport.

It was really a nice surprise to see her again after all these years. I really wish we had more time to catch up and chat but they had some place else to go while we were also in a hurry to have lunch before hubby leaves for work. It is nice to see good friends and kind people who I have known way back. Yesterday I also saw another friend who is now living with her family miles and miles away. They were also here for a summer vacation after the nanny of her kids went for a vacation of her own as well. I guess summer is a good time to see old friends once again and it would be a surprise if I see my best friend in high school once again. Now that would be a sweet surprise!
