Davao City now feels bigger as SM Lanang Premier Opens on September 28 in Davao City!

Know about the SM Lanang Premier which is said to be the first among the Premier brands (in Mindanao) which is a project of SM Prime Holdings to be unveiled first time right here in Davao City in the property which used to be where Lanang Golf and Country Club was located.

More than ten years after the Sy-led company opened its first mall in Davao city; the SM Group is opening a new mall in the city.

SM Prime’s biggest and first-of-its-kind premier mall development project in Mindanao, SM Lanang Premier opens its doors on September 28.

The new mall with a floor area of 144,002 sq.m. is nestled in a 100,000 sq.m. lot with an origami-inspired structure. It will house first in Mindanao state-of-the-art amenities such as the IMAX Theatre, SM Center Stage, and the Sky Garden. Also making a landmark is the country’s longest dancing fountain with 122-meter stretch of water jets.

Along with the SM Mall mainstays SM Department Store, SM Supermarket, Watsons, Ace Hardware, and the other major SM Retail affiliates (first to open stores in Davao) Our Home and Kultura, the American chain of trendy clothing and accessory retailer Forever 21 is opening with the mall. Plus, opening soon will be SM Bowling Center and the Science Discovery Center.

Responding to the city’s need for a modern convention facility, the mall will have no less than the Davao SMX Convention Center at its 3rd floor. To complement the facility, Park Inn Hotel by Radisson will be operational in 2013. The hotel building is located in the compound and offers convenient access to the mall through a bridgeway.
