Friends over at Facebook were talking about their travel plans this afternoon when an airline had an ongoing affordable yet limited promo air fare offer with travel period for the second half of the year. I was praying for a summer trip but there were no promo fare available already on the dates I was looking into. That is the new slogan of the Department of Tourism that they launched yesterday to promote Philippine tourism for the international market while “#1 for fun Philippines” will be the slogan for the domestic market. I noticed people I was following over at Twitter world had been making it a trending topic yesterday. #ItsmorefuninthePhilippines and #1forfun both became Twitter’s top trending topics worldwide.
