Technology industry leaders and CEOs had a meeting with U.S. President Barack Obama in California last Thursday. In this said meeting are Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, Google Inc Chief Executive Eric Schmidt, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison and other members of the Silicon Valley elite including Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple who is reported to be on medical leave due to some health concern.

Is this rumor spreading viral now true about Facebook Shutting Down on March 15, 2011? I first heard about it in a tweet over at Twitter. Then I searched on it in Google and I found out that it seems to be just a hoax. But now there is even a page called “A Petition To Stop Facebook From Shutting Down!!!!!” at Facebook to stop it from shutting down in about two month time from now.
