P10 Increase in Taxi Fare Effective Today, July 25, 2008

There will be a P10 increase in taxi fare effective today, July 25 nationwide. The said 10-peso increase in taxi fare would be treated as a tip for it will not be part of the flag-down rate. In a report in TV Patrol Mindanao yesterday, taxi operators in Davao still do not have the yellow sticker that would authorize the taxi drivers to collect the P10 increase in taxi fares. This weekend hubby and I did not have much done except do the laundry. I am posting for the Weekend Snapshot a photo we took while we were at Bistro Rosario at Torres St. We were looking for something to serve for a company’s meeting with a client’s staff. We took the chance to snap this shot while the attending sales girl was busy with another customer. I have heard many times that their cake rolls are really yummy and delicious. We tried one before and it really is delicious but quite more expensive though but I think it is worth the price. Try it out if you get a chance.
