There will be a P10 increase in taxi fare effective today, July 25 nationwide. The said 10-peso increase in taxi fare would be treated as a tip for it will not be part of the flag-down rate. In a report in TV Patrol Mindanao yesterday, taxi operators in Davao still do not have the yellow sticker that would authorize the taxi drivers to collect the P10 increase in taxi fares. For my Photo Hunt entry for this week’s theme – SELF, I chose this photo of mySELF and my baby when we were at People’s Park almost two weeks ago and this has a little twist coz it was a stolen shot of us by my hubby as we were both looking at something in our left side which I can not remember what we were looking at and I was not aware that our son was also looking that way. To add a little drama to this photo, I made it into monochrome or basically black and white. Our background is one of the group of sculptures you can find in this park in th heart of Davao City which represents the indigenous people of Southern Mindanao.
